Ben, unfortunately it does not pass the MA Melting Point Laws since the frame is Aluminum Alloy. Heritage does make some Steel Framed models : https://heritagemfg.com/small-bore/6-shot-rough-rider/82-4-75-rough-rider-22-lr-22-wmr-steel-frame-black-satin-camo-laminate
