No, buds will remove the magazine but not replace it. During checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazine for capacity restricted states. Then you will have to buy a state compliant magazine separately to use the firearm. Hope this helps.

you can get it with NO MAGAZINE and supply your own 10 round mag however buds will not switch mags, they will ONLY remove the 17 round mags
