So according to safariland, "This holster features an injection-molded paddle and adjustable belt loop for long lasting comfort and the ability for the holster to be worn cross draw." So it is worn right but can be set up to crosdraw for a lefty, but it will still sit on your right side.

This is left handed. You can wear it on your left hip or your right to cross draw. Hope this helps.
