You could always get this one https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/73216/glock+g23+g3+10%2b1+40+s&w+401 Then have the slide milled if you wanted to run a reddot. Jaeger works, Primary Machine, and many others do slide milling for glocks.
