Yes they are NY legal because the have a FIXED 10 round magazine However I would still advise double checking with your local FFL as he will be up to date on the latest laws/restrictions

Randy is correct. It should be new York compliant because it does have a fixed magazine. Just woke up so not thinking properly yet.
