Yes, Glock 43x can handle +p ammunition. Glock recommendes limited use since it can wear parts quicker than standard pressure ammo but all manufactures recommend that. Hope this helps.
Scottie, yes Sir it is. If firing a lot of +P just increase your cleaning, inspection and lubrication intervals and you will be fine. Glocks are tough. Cheers and stay safe!

Glock recommends using only ammo that meets SAAMI standards, some +P meets it, some doesn't. It may shorten the life of parts in your gun. I use a 19lb recoil spring in my 43X to reduce the stresses of +P, seems to help a lot.
