This is a factory rebuilt G22, and will be bundled with everything a brand new Gen4 G22 would be, includes A hard plastic case, two backstraps, 3-15 round mags, cleaning rod, test fire casing, owners Manual and other paper work, speed loader, pistol lock, and of course the gun. Does not include night sights, it has standard white 3 dot polymer sights, but those can be changed out easy enough.
