Nope, no need for an FFL. Just install and you're good to go. Hope this helps.
Michael, it does not change the classification because it is a brace, not a stock. A stock would change it to a SBS, but the brace is fine. The brace keeps the overall length more than 26", so don't install a pistol grip without the brace, that would make it less than 26" and you would be afoul of the law.
no ffl needed just order it receive it at home and install it yourself
