I'm not finding any on buds of this exact model with a 10 round magazine. You can buy this and buds will remove the magazine, during checkout they have an option for states with capacity restrictions to remove the magazine. So you could have the magazine removed and have it shipped to NY but then you would have to purchase a state compliant 10 round magazine to use the firearm. Canik does have other similar models available, just type in canik in buds search and a bunch will pop up. Hope this helps.
