Most manufacturers including CZ make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their pistols can also be sold in states that have magazine capacity restrictions. The pistols are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The pistols will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine.

Yes, you can use longer capacity magazines. This firearm is exactly like the regular version, only the magazine is different for capacity restricted states. Hope this helps.

just the mag is restricted (altered ) to only hold ten rounds the gun is the same and will take the full capacity mags with no issues
