Unfortunately no, this is not Massachusetts compliant/legal because it can accept a detachable magazine and has a pistol grip. Sorry but hope this helps.
If you want a tactical shotgun I always recommend pump action shotguns in strict gun law states because pump action shotguns don't have the same strict laws like semi automatics.
