Robert, they likely need to just submit and updated copy of their expired license. Cheers and stay safe!
I'd contact your local FFL, they may just have to update their information or something else. You can always contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm to find out why. We're customers as yourself not buds employees.
It just means that the copy of their license buds had on file has expired have them submit a current copy of their license and buds will update the listing. FFL@BudsGunShop.com or Fax : 1-800-804-5569 or upload FFL info here : budsgunshop.com/contact_us.php?printForm=ffl
Most of the time it that the copy of their FFL that buds has is out of date you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
Robert, most likely Bud's has either not received a copy of the FFL, or has not yet processed the FFL, or his license could have expired and needs to be updated.
