No this is not NJ legal, as it has 4 banned features. "The following are prohibited: ✘Semi-automatic handguns that have the ability to accept a detachable magazine and at least twoof the following features: 1.Magazine that attaches outside of the pistol grip 2.Threaded barrel 3.Barrel shroud 4.Manufactured weight of 50oz or more when the pistol is unloaded" It has all of the above listed banned features, and becomes non compliant with just 2 of them.
Unfortunately no, this is not new jersey compliant/legal. Sorry but hope this helps.

Raheem, this is not a carbine, it is a pistol. This has 4 of the 5 'evil' features that NJ leaders think make it more scary looking and dangerous. 1.
