Yes, without the 30 round magazine. Buds will remove the magazine but not replace it. During checkout buds will offer to remove the magazine for states with magazine capacity restrictions. Then you will have to purchase a state compliant 10 round magazine to use the firearm. Other than that you're good to go. Hope this helps.
