This is not a suppresor so no taxes stamp required, nearly all supresssors require form 1 and a tax stamp. The only exception are for Texas residents purchasing suppresors that are made in Texas.

Randall, for $17 you are not getting a suppressor, just the module. The description is very deceiving.
