Yes, the standard SP-01 and SP-01 Tactical are both the newer versions of the original CZ-75. Both have rails, both have steel frame, both have firing pin blocks, both have night sights. Only difference between those two is standard has a safety where as the Tactical has a decocker. Hope this helps.
