Yes this is classified by the ATF asa firearm and is sold like any standard shotgun, no special form or tax stamps are required.
Kameron, no as it is not classified as a long gun or shotgun. The classification as a firearm essentially puts it in the same category as a standard handgun requiring a minimum age of 21 to purchase. Cheers and stay safe!

Kameron, yes it is. It is classified as an 'other', not a shotgun,(so it can't be a SBS) not a pistol. No tax stamp required. Purchase the same as you would any other long gun. Have a great day!
