Yes it is Legal for now, but gun owners must stay vigilant, as they are continually trying to strip your rights, here in Oregon the Demonrats ar4e trying to pass SP17 and SP18, which would give us very similar laws to CA.

Shannon, yes legal to own, VA has no restrictions on this gun. Red flag laws have nothing to do with the guns you are allowed to own. It means the gov't can seize your guns without due process.
