Yes, this comes with two. One on the receiver to add an optic and one on the handguard to add a foregrip, or flashlight, or laser. Hope this helps.

Derrick, this comes with 2 pic rails. The rail on the receiver runs about 1/2 length of receiver and has 7 slots, so it will accommodate any optic with a small footprint, such as a red dot. You can also remove the rear sight & pic rail and there is a dovetail underneath. There is another small pic rail under the forearm for adding a light/laser. Have a great day!
