Unfortunately no, this is not California compliant. This has several features like pistol grip, collapsible stock, and flash hider. You can't have any of those and this has atleast 3 banned features. Sorry but hope this helps.
No this rifle is not CA legal. The following are prohibited in CA "Semi-automatic centerfire rifles that do not have a fixed magazine, but have anyone of the following features:: ○Pistol grip - a grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the firearm. ○Thumbhole stock ○Folding or telescoping stock ○Grenade or flare launcher ○Flash suppressor or flash hider ○Foregrip - a grip that protrudes conspicuously benea the barrel and in front of the action" This rifle features nearly all of those banned features. Pistol grip, flash suppressor, adjustable stock, not to mention that CA has a 10rd magazine capacity and this o e comes with a 30rd mag.
