Is model 8541 in the Ruger MPR series? I had also checked the Ruger website and did not find the 8541 listed under MPR or Free-Float Handguard, other than the color it appears to have features similar to MPR model 8542 (all Black), though full spec sheet is not listed

No, this is not an MPR rifle. The MPR series comes with an upgraded stock (magpul MOE SL on the 18" and B5 Systems on the 16") this one is a basic milspec stock, the MPR Also features the Elite 452 series 2 stage trigger trigger, and a muzzle brake this one has a basic single stage milspec trigger and an A2 flash hider.

I own an MPR and the trigger upgrade alone is worth it in my opinion
