Best, I'd say either the canik tp9 sfx or canik tp9 elite combat executive. Honestly caniks are fantastic pistols and any of them are great. Just depends what size you want and what model looks best to you. For concealed carry I'd go with the elite combat executive, for target practice I'd go with the longer tp9 sfx. Hope this helps.
