I'd say medium possibly a large. I'd recommend one I bought from Amazon that is a universal fit and works great. It's called the recoil Eraser Slip on Recoil Pad, Gel Filled. It's universal I've used it on shotguns to mosin nagants. It's like a rubbery cloth material and the pad parts filled with gel and helps tremendously with recoil. Hope this helps.
