Kevin, that depends on which PC9 model you have. My Ruger PC9 has an mlok handguard, and it certainly won't fit on that, unless you are planning on mounting it on the top of the receiver. This is for a picatinny rail, so if you have the mlok handguard, it won't fit without an adapter. If yours has a pic rail under the forend, it will work.
