No, any firearm must be shipped to an FFL dealer. Depending on where you live black powder rifles and pistols can be shipped directly to your home because they aren't technically considered firearms. But if it's not black powder it has to go to an FFL. Sorry but hope this helps.
Only if you are a licensed FFL ( gun dealer) who operates a legal/licensed business out of your home. Some black powder guns can ship directly to you and some antique guns can be shipped to C&R licensed holders homes. CR is curios and Relics it is essentialy A collectors license for old guns
not modern guns unless you are a ffl holder. Rifles bought through the CMP (Civilian marksmen program) can be shipped directly to you. some older guns can be shipped to you if you hold a C&R license and most black powder guns can be shipped to your residence
