Unfortunately no this is not new jersey compliant/legal because it can accept a detachable magazine and has a pistol grip, collapsible stock, flash suppressor and a threaded barrel. So it has 4 features and you are only allowed one of those features on any semi automatic rifle with a detachable magazine. Sorry but hope this helps.

Artee, to make this NJ compliant, you would need the stock pinned and the muzzlebrake pinned/welded. Bud's will not ship if not compliant as is. You can buy it locally and have the compliance work done, or if you can find a place that will ship to your FFL in NJ to do the compliance work.
