Yes this will any grip that attaches via MLOK slots anywhere along the handguard, or you can add pic rail sections anywhere there's mlok then attach a grip via pic rail

Colin, this has a MLOK handguard, so any angled grip made to attach to MLOK will work. Alternatively, you can attach a MLOK to picatinny adapter and use a grip made to attach to a pic rail. Btw, MLOK = Modular Lock, Magpul is a brand.
