Trampis, the rifles themselves are the same. Manufacturers mark a select few firearms to be sold to LE/Qualified Professionals only and include extra accessories like magazines. There is no difference in the weapon, just the extra's and the QP discount. So,a slightly lower price and an extra mag or two to honor our First Responders.
