Franz, no Sir. The MKA 1919 is an AR-12 style drum and not an AK Saiga style drum. The SGM tall tower Saiga drums will work (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AhZE4btTxeY) or you can switch to the thin magwell to use the short tower Saiga Drums : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1860P-zmXdQ
