Keltec CP33 .22 LR Matte Green Pistol
No, this pistol is not legal in NY state. It has a threaded barrel, and that alone is enough to make it restricted, add onto that the 33rd magazine (NY limit is 10rds) and now you've got 2 features that alone disqualified it. Scott, unfortunately Threaded Barrels on Semi-Auto's are prohibited in NY State Sir. Cheers and stay safe!

Sorry but you assumed correctly. Because this has a threaded barrel and that somehow makes this super dangerous.
