Luis, no, 45 Colt/. 410 revolver pistols are illegal in California.

Luis, unfortunately it is not on the CA DOJ Approved Roster. It is popular so maybe S&W will consider getting it approved in the future in spite of CA making it difficult and expensive for firearms manufacturers. Cheers and stay safe!
