Unfortunately no this is not California compliant. This has two banned features like the pistol grip, and folding/collapsible stock. Sorry but hope this helps.

No ARs in CA can't have pistol, grips, adjustable stocks, muzzle brakes, or threaded barrels. This has all of those features.

Threaded barrels and muzzle brakes are not banned in CA, so it is just the pistol grip and telescoping stock that are non-compliant.
