Yes, this is new York compliant/legal because this has a fixed magazine. If this had a detachable magazine then the bayonet lug would be an issue but since the magazine is fixed you are good to go in NY. Hope this helps.

James, as Josh said, it is legal because it has a fixed magazine. A semi-auto with a fixed mag does not have the restrictions that a semi-auto with a detachable mag does. Have a great day!
