Unfortunately no this is not on the CA approved handgun roster, and does not meet the requirements for an off roster exemption. As the overall lenght is to short (its 7" it needs to be at least 7½") "Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 roundcapacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inchesare permitted."
Edward is correct i misread the specs and thought it said OAL was 7" but that is just the barrel. I was wrоng. Good catch Edward, he is one of the people here on the community that actually researches responses rather then piggy backing of others work (like some do)
Colby, this is fully California compliant. Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted. Cheers and stay safe!
Colby, yes this is CA compliant. Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted. This is single action only, 6rd capacity, 7" barrel, and OAL of over 7.5", so you are good to go. Have a great day!
