Yes your correct the picture definitely states that it is the 4516-2 so since this is a used gun od think the picture is accurate and not just a stock gun. So looking it up on the Smith and Wesson forum there is a long post explaining the progression from the 4516 which had feed problems, to the 4516-1 which used a new recoilspring and guide rod set up to fix the issues of the origonal, and also beefed up the slide to increase durability, the magazines were alos modified. After this there were still some reports of failures to feed with the -1 version so it was revamped for the 4516-2, The changes included the previously mentioned new guide rod and dual recoil springs, a redesigned frame with longer tang and blue/black forged hammer and trigger (Some very late production 4516-2 have black MIM hammer and trigger). the larger barrel hood and other 3rd gen 45 barrel modifications were also incorporated into the 4516-2.
