No, This has a buncho of banned features to many to be legal. "Semi-automatic handguns which accept a detachablemagazine and have two or more of the following features: ●Magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of thepistol grip. ●Threaded barrel capable of accepting a barrel extender, flash suppressor, forward hand grip, or silencer. ●Barrel shroud. ●Manufactured weight of 50oz or more (unloaded). ●Centerfire pistol with an overall length of 12 inchesor more. ●Semi-automatic version of an automatic firearm (notto include a firearm with a barrel 16" or more in length)." 1. The magazine attaches outside the pistol grip. 2. The overall lenght is 19" which is longer then the allowed 12" 3. Has a threaded barrel. 4. Has a barrel shroud. 5. Weighs 100oz the weight limit on pistols is 50oz. 6. And its a semi auto version of a full auto firearm. -------------- So it pretty much has EVERY banned feature.
