I have two questions that aren't addressed by Bud's, as far as I can find online (please don't copy and paste from the QP page, it doesn't have what I'm looking for). The first question is which option should be selected from the dropdown menu on the QP sign up page. They have an option for "Company" but not for an individual security officer. The second question is what document do I need for verification? Should I use the certification or is something from an employer required?

William, you would select State Certified Security Company (even  though you are applying individually) and your Certification and State issued ID need to be uploaded. Cheers and stay safe!
