I checked the Riley Defense website, and the L designates that this version has laminate wood, it also mentions the laminate on the Bud's listing.

No difference other than the furniture. This one has Wood Laminate Furniture, and rak101 has Stained Solid Teak Wood Butt stock, Upper/Lower Hand Guards. Other than that they are identical. Hope this helps.
