Artee, unfortunately, it is not NJ compliant due to the threaded barrel. Your best bet would be to buy it locally where the gun shop would pin/weld the thread protector, or get a muzzle brake pinned/welded for NJ compliancy. Bud's will not ship it to a FFL unless it is NJ compliant as is. Sorry, but as a NJ resident, I feel your pain.
