Michael get the 3.25. It will be more accurate at most distances. The smaller the dot the more precise the shot placement can be. Think of it like this - pie plate at 50 feet with a dot the same diameter or a dot half the diameter(which will be more accurate)? The larger size would be fast and good for close targets. The small would be good for farther out precision work. I like the 12.9 moa green triangle rmr from trijicon. The triangle is large enough to pick up fast and you can zero it at the tip of the triangle for accuracy.

the smaller 3.25 would be the best as it is a finer sighting point. the larger size MOA dot will cover to much of the target and make accuracy harder. like a laser dot or a mag light its easier to point at things (accurately) with the laser
