yes it comes with 2 interchangeable cylinders (22lr and 22 mag) 22 mag cases are a larger diameter than 22 lr cases (to prevent people from trying to shoot them in 22lr guns http://www.heritagemfg.com/product_detail.cfm?prod_id=6

Yes Tom, I own one and it came with both 22LR and 22MAG cylinders. The sights are pretty nice too!
