No, not legal in CT. This rifle had a telescoping stock. A pistol grip, a flash suppressor, and a threaded barrel, it is ruled non-compliant after on of these banned features. --------------- "following are prohibited: ✘Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has one or more of the following features: 1.Folding / telescoping stock 2.Pistol grip 3.Bayonet mount 4.Flash suppressor 5.Threaded barrel 6.Grenade launcher 7.Magazine Capacity exceeding 10 rounds"

Unfortunately no this is not Connecticut compliant/legal due to several restricted features like pistol grip, collapsible stock, threaded barrel and flash hider. Sorry but hope this helps.
