the only difference between the Tac 12 and the S4 is the baseline sights the S4 has Combat Sights w/ M1913 Rail and the tac 12 has - Ghost Ring & White Dot Front Sights w/ M1913 Rail the Crimson trace in the listing appears to be a typo that only shows up on the buds site

Matthew, The TAC has Ghost Ring Sights and the S4 has Combat Sights. Although aperture sights are more accurate than rifle sights, most ghost ring sights use a large aperture with a thin ring, which allows for excellent point and shoot accuracy at short ranges.
