Yes, they are identical except magazine capacity. The 10 round version is for states with magazine capacity restrictions. The 10 round version looks to be a 20 round magazine that they modified to only accept 10 rounds Wich is probably why the 10 round version is more expensive, since extra work went into it. I've been looking into buying one of these for awhile now and from reviews and everything I've seen they seem to be well made, all metal instead of a plastic Lower like most ar22s and all around good rifle. Jim, no Sir. Magazine Capacity is the only difference. Most manufacturers including Walther Arms make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their firearms can also be sold in state that have magazine capacity restrictions. The firearms are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The firearms will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine.
