Yes, you would have to find a 22lr cylinder, not a barrel. The barrel is the same for both. You just need the cylinder. Best spots to look would be eBay and gunbr0ker. Hope this helps.
Same barrel different cylinder, on many revolvers you need to send them into the manufacturer, or take it to a gun smith to get the cylinder timed to your gun.
Ryan, no Sir. The 22Mag and 22LR cartridges are dimension-ally different enough that a dedicated cylinder is required.
