Yes sir,  The report of separation form issued in most recent years is the DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty, will work just fine.

Bruce, yes Sir. It worked for me. Just know that Buds will not notify you once processed despite what is said. Just check Order Status/ Account and look for the Blue Qualified Professional Logo. When it shows up you are ready. Cheers and stay safe!
