I don't own one so not sure if the charging handle just screws in, if so I'd just add some blue loctite. The Blue loctite will keep it from coming loose but if you do decide to remove it for some reason it'll come off pretty easy. Don't get the red loctite that's more for if you don't ever plan on removing it. If it doesnt screw in is contact sds at (865) 604-6894 or email them at Info@SDSImports.com and find out what your options are. Hope this helps.

Mark, it is either the charging handle dimensions or the charging handle slot dimensions that is the issue. If it is the slot a replacement won't help. Of course you can contact SDS Customer Service at (865) 604-6894 to see what they recommend. I would try starting with a layer of JB Weld and work up until you get the desired tightness.
