Tom, no Sir. Buds has incorrectly listed 45Long Colt on several .410 Shotgun listings. This is an error and .45LC should not be fired. Cheers and stay safe!

No, buds has a bad habit of adding 45lc to alot of their 410 gauges. This is strictly only 410 gauge, don't try shooting 45lc threw it. Sorry but hope this helps.
