Yes, this would fit without any other parts but if you have the Ruger with the front post sight that will most likely get in the way of the red dot. If so you would probably need a picatinny rail riser to get the red dot high enough to see threw it properly. Hope this helps.

Michael, this Romeo 5 comes with 2 mounts, a Low Profile and 1.41 in Riser, so this will work for you whether or not you have the front sight post. Have a great day!
