John, yes this is on the MA roster of approved handguns. That being said, Firearms on this Approved 
Firearms Roster do not necessarily comply with the requirements of the Attorney General's Handgun 
Sales Regulations, whatever that means. It should be ok, but check with the FFL who will be doing the transfer to be sure.
